We offer three distinct programs, each built around a specific training goal so you can choose the path that fits you best.

FOUNDATION

Beginner-friendly training designed to build confidence, consistency, and a strong base of movement, strength, and conditioning.

PERFORM

A higher-intensity program centered around barbell training, progressive strength work, and athletic conditioning for those ready to push their performance.

HYROX

Competition-specific training built for the demands of HYROX, combining running, functional strength, and race-focused conditioning.
