This program is great for anyone new to working out! Want to lose weight, need to improve your stamina? Then this program is right for you.

Goal: Gain strength / improve overall fitness
Let the gains begin! These functional training workouts are designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Goal: Improve fitness / race prep
Ready for a new challenge?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance and strength. It consists of eight 1-kilometer runs interspersed with eight functional fitness exercises, resulting in a total distance of 8 kilometers.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon-Fri: 5-10am & 4-7pm
Sat: 7-10am
Sun: Closed
